PC.02.01.01 The organization provides care, treatment, and services for each patient.

Element of Performance

A comprehensive medical history and physical assessment is completed for each patient by a physician or other qualified practitioner, in accordance with applicable state health and safety laws, standards of practice, and organization policy.
